Discreet & Fast Shipping

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of our brand or product type.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends or US holidays, ship the next business day. Applies to in-stock items and approved payments only.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. High-volume periods may add 1 extra business day.

Transit times are carrier estimates and may vary by destination and conditions.

Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on service, destination, and weight. Free-shipping promos are shown at checkout when available.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 days, contact support@smacktarts.com.

Discreet Packaging

Plain boxes or mailers; return label may show our fulfillment partner for privacy.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Report damage or non-delivery within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Photos of damage help speed up replacements.

Address Issues

Please enter a complete and accurate address. Orders returned for address errors can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are possible only before shipment. Once tracking is issued, the order cannot be modified.

Exclusions

Same-day shipping may not apply to large orders, backorders, preorders, or orders flagged for verification.
