Health & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed. This includes all lubricants, gels, oils, and personal products. Every item ships brand-new and factory-sealed.
Eligible Returns
We will replace or refund if any of the following apply:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your product arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was lost in transit (after carrier investigation).
If one of the above applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smacktarts.com with your order number and a brief description. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.
How To Request a Return or Refund
- Email support@smacktarts.com with your order number and issue details.
- Our team reviews requests within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions or confirmation of a replacement/refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale."
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once tracking is issued, the order cannot be canceled until delivery is complete.
Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier to open an investigation. If unresolved, email us and we will assist.
